Will Center

Made to be easy

Preparing your Estate Planning documents doesn’t have to be complicated. And it doesn’t have to be done in a lawyer’s office. The Will Center makes it easy for you and your spouse to complete life’s most important documents. And, if you find you have questions along the way, we help answer them here.

It’s a real Will for real people at a really low price

In just 15 minutes, The Will Center’s online questionnaire helps you produce a personalized Will in a printable format. Once payment is received via our secure portal, your documents are saved in your password-protected Will Center file, ready for you to download, print and share.

You’ll have the option To:

  1. Review your documents yourself and printing them for immediate use, or
  2. Request that our representatives review them for accuracy. Please allow 2 days for this process. We’ll send them to you via overnight mail.

Tip

To make your Will legally-binding and ready for probate, it will need to be signed by you and two non-party witnesses in the presence of a notary public. Give a copy to your Personal Representative/Executor and keep your signed and notarized Will in a safe place, making sure at least two people know its location.

Because two are cheaper than one

We also offer a discount if you and your spouse complete your documents together. To make it even easier, common answers will be pre-filled for the second user.
